Due to continued growth my clients are now seeking an Agronomist – Soil Health and Fertiliser – Sales Rep who is seeking a new challenge.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at my client’s fabulous organisation for an Agronomist – Soil Health and Fertiliser – Sales Representative.

Average working week of 40hrs.

Office based in Shropshire.

My client is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, team player, cheerful Agronomist who can advise and sell to merchants and direct to farm, whilst providing technical support and assistance to the rest of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

To be a full time Agronomist – Soil Health and Fertiliser – Sales Representative.

Duties will include advising and selling direct to farm as well as merchants.

To be office based in Shropshire.

​Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:

MUST be qualified to degree level or have equivalent experience.

MUST be an enthusiastic, confident, team player, cheerful Agronomist who is willing to get stuck in.

MUST have significant interest in Soil Health and Fertiliser.

MUST be an excellent communicator.

MUST be ambitious, ready and willing to drive the business forward.

IDEALLY will have at least 12 months of commercial sales experience.

IDEALLY FACTS and BASIS qualified.

IDEALLY will be confident in selling direct to farm.

IDEALLY will be experienced in selling to merchants.

IDEALLY looking for at least 1yrs of UK agronomy experience or more – although a recent grad will be considered.

IDEALLY looking for career progression. Relevant training and guidance will be provided to the successful candidate.

IDEALLY would live within 45ns of the office, and happy to commute to it on a daily basis.
